Luv is really good. Right side up with creamy whip higher up. I’m not even taking any pics.

Ok, here is some roof porn.

It’s nuking again @ Luv.

Chair 8 is pretty brutal on he ride up, but the Loveland whipped cream is off the charts and it’s really deep once you are over the ridgeline.

Breck got skunked compared to the forecast, but it was still really nice. I checked the snow stake at 6am, saw a dusting on my deck, and went back to sleep. By the time I walked the dogs around 8:30, it was nuking.

Got a half day of solid fun skiing. Southern Cross, Minecrotch, Window #5, Doors, Boneyard, Way Out, Peerless Trees.

^^ Minecrotch. I swear it's steeper in person!

My view from today so as I pointed out earlier you can all thank me. Got a text from two buddies in Steamboat...."best two feet of sludge I've ever skied". So I'm guessing it's on the heavy side...

I officially love Copper's moronic snow stake placement. And also knowing where to go. I didn't get out til after noon, and xx ft from yy lift, one of my favorite stashes, found legit knee deep (and my knees are high -- that should be a bumper sticker), completely untracked. A few laps there and then just enjoyed the rest of the afternoon til the fingers got too cold.

I farmed about 5 passes down In the Mood off #8 and I had a tough time finding my previous tracks. They were almost completely refilled.

But, yeah, top of 8 was brutal, but the goods were mighty fun. I finally had to leave when it was time to defrost...

Then I want back out and lapped 4, going over the cornice into the deep pockets below. Then fun powder moguls below.

P.S. And once again never saw @nay on the Fatypus. You would think it wouldn't be that hard, but I guess it is.

I would say the deepest stuff I hit today was about at my knees and I had plenty of "chest pounding" from the blow back. This storm came in warm and the snow was a bit heavier than typical. Not blower, but tons o' fun.

I also finally got some laps on A-Bowl, OTR, and Cats this season. Couldn't resist the fast laps on the high-speed quad. It's such a new concept for LL. ;)

Oh, and chair #9 never spun. So if it goes tomorrow, some lucky skiers are going to get some fantastic stuff. I bet some lines might be approaching 3 feet! I'll be back on Sunday for the bluebird day. I know places where the freshies will still be found. ;)

I couldve used some of that! :(:(:(

But can't complain. Skied most of the morning with no one around and it was good. The 122's were put to good use.

Yeah, well people with short legs get to ski more knee deep and thigh deep pow could be a bumper sticker.:duck: Not having a snowboard wide ski on each foot helps as well.:)
