I was being nice.Would be more than 3 mil. 6 mil for lifts alone. 4 mil for lodge. 1.5 mil for hotel renovations 1.3 mil for groomers. 3 mil for snowmaking.
I looked into it 4 years ago before a realtor got involved.

Yikes, no one would get a good return on that investment. WC needs to pursue a different biz model. Likely no snow making, maybe ditch hotel or minimally invest in it. Buy used lifts or t bars if lifts need to be replaced. Maybe promote skinnng on nearby peaks or other winter activities.Would be more than 3 mil. 6 mil for lifts alone. 4 mil for lodge. 1.5 mil for hotel renovations 1.3 mil for groomers. 3 mil for snowmaking.
Whitecap would be ok with those improvements but it needs to be a year round midwest destination. I don't ski Granite. I'll see if I can get a friend to report.I have been looking at the webcams at work, but it seems thin. Plus you can’t see the pitches just the run outs. Was hoping for a trip report. But thanks. The drive from Chicago always makes me hesitant if the conditions can go south.
