Don’t be like me. Remember to wear sunscreen.

Actually my birthday is tomorrow, 6/13. But our schedules worked out better for going to Timberline on Monday.

With both Magic Mile and (one they opened it) Palmer, it was pretty cool to have runs up to 2800’ vertical.

Here’s a video, sorry about the shakiness but I forgot to bring a helmet cam so used my iPhone. This is around 12:30-1, after most of the camps have ended thier sessions.

I just hit 81. It'll be 84 on Sunday.

On my way to the 53rd running of the Epworth Cup. It looked like it might be raining in the Fraser Valley. :-o

I bought some Palisade peaches on the way through Frisco. This one was fan-tas-tic!

Looking at the cars that brought the racers. Someone counted 63 on race day.

I wore the same outfit that won me the skis I raced on. More than one person wanted to buy the helmet.

150 even!

I will definitely pick up at least 2 more days before the lifts start spinning for the 18/19 season. I need August and September days to keep my cycle alive. Anybody interested in a patch hunting expedition in CO when I get back? I suppose I could sneak one last day in OR to get my August day out of the way, but I'm kinda over the Timberline scene at the moment.

Come to Tahoe and see if @Stev can find a patch for you. :D

Since I skied last Tuesday at Timberline, I have to update my season day count to 56. That extended my records for days and vertical skied in a season.

Somebody asked if I was skiing Timberline to add to a streak and I said no as I did not ski this June or July. But I have skied every season for the last two years starting with Fall 2016 and that is something I think I can continue for a couple of years, even if I have to hike to get Summer turns in the Sierra.
