The first place I recall ever seeing sushi was at Hunter Mountain.

Me too! In high school we would dare others to go try it but I don't think we ever had any takers. Now I eat that stuff like pizza.

They actually make some decent rolls. Same pricing as any other Sushi restaurant I go to, so i don't feel ripped off. And, there are always open tables up stairs.

I prefer everything with fish, chicken or any meat FULLY COOKED!

Money I save on lunches goes towards skiing, skateboards, and music gear.

You don't know what your missing with good sushi or some beef carpaccio.

I'd rather not eat like a college student 32 years after graduating form college.

Actually, I do. If I still drank alcohol I'd probably be in to sushi. I had it a couple times in the past but only really liked it with Saki and Soporro. If there isn't some alcohol to sterilize it I prefer it fully cooked. I'm always down for a good grilled tuna or swordfish steak. Raw seems to sketchy without something to kill anything still growing inside.

Just because it's Friday, 3 different days' leftovers represented here to become some kind of chicken and rice soup project..

We going to eat my lunch of slaw salad and tomato soup but my coworkers invited me to lunch with them so that seemed like a much better option. Brussel sprout salad, cheese ravioli with a ginger ale was delicious. I usually bring my lunch so this was a nice treat. Best yet my coworker paid.

A classic ski club lunch at Mammoth Mountain "back in the day" was a couple of hard-boiled eggs and a Gatorade. Good fuel for the afternoon, relatively inexpensive, and not so filling that it made for an uncomfortably full stomach.
