Pulling the trigger on my first ever brand new, never drilled skis for myself. (My SO has 2 pair.) Getting shipped from Euro-land. This is exciting -- but shipping can take a while.

Weird... what happens if you put them on opposite feet?

Actually, might be weird feeling for the inside ski even on the correct feet.

They will get a ‘new clamp’ at least there should be no hole conflicts. ;)

I need them to be compatible with alpine boots. Those don’t look to be compatible?
Nah, they are tech only... they would look good on those and make a good bc setup tho.

To clarify, tech only going up. Din only is fine for going down. Great for someone with a two boot quiver needing a one ski solution a la something like a pair mounted on a dual use ski... something like a Kore 105 or 99 that will be used for inbounds and spring touring.

A similar feel to Elan's Amphibio approach?!

Not that there's anything wrong with that! :D

Got some new playful 104mm soft snow/fun skis-2018 Line Sir Francis Bacon 184cm with Attack2 Bindings at an insane price I couldn't say no to. Now just waiting for the Rustler 9 to start shipping in Canada for my 94mm daily driver/fun ski.

Nah... the Amphibio's just have a slightly different camber/rocker profile inside and out. The bindings are still centered. I didn't notice anything strange when I've demo'ed the Amphibios.

Having the bindings off-center, I would think would make a bigger difference.
