For race turns at race speeds I would get the Fischer FIS SL. I'm sure that Blizzard (and Rossi and Atomic) also make great FIS SL skis.
I have an older but from what I've heard slightly stiffer, but now worn pair of 165 cm Fischer WC SC (one step down from FIS SL, but still 13 m at 165 cm and no rocker, no early rise). I've varied my weight from 180 lbs to 120 lbs (it was for science ), currently 121 lbs, and the one-step-down fischer works best for me at higher speeds. If you get the FIS SL at 115 lbs it will likely only feel good when you are skiing at 8/10ths or more, but will work great in the course when you are pushing it.
