Good day!

I need your advises about Slalom skis for a woman.

I'm 5'20 and 115 lbs,

I’m looking between FISCHER WC SL 155 skis, BLIZZARD WC SL 156, or 150 junior skis?

Thank you in advance for some advices

Hello!
I’m not racing on FIS, I begin training some slalom this year.

For race turns at race speeds I would get the Fischer FIS SL. I'm sure that Blizzard (and Rossi and Atomic) also make great FIS SL skis.

I have an older but from what I've heard slightly stiffer, but now worn pair of 165 cm Fischer WC SC (one step down from FIS SL, but still 13 m at 165 cm and no rocker, no early rise). I've varied my weight from 180 lbs to 120 lbs (it was for science ;) ), currently 121 lbs, and the one-step-down fischer works best for me at higher speeds. If you get the FIS SL at 115 lbs it will likely only feel good when you are skiing at 8/10ths or more, but will work great in the course when you are pushing it.

Don't get a junior ski.

Explain why a 115# adult should not consider high end junior race SL skis especially if they have Raceplates?
