Looks pretty cool! The lodge and the lot is at the top so you ski down from there. The elevation is pretty low though (6.5K or lower mostly) but not bad for Montana. The mostly N and NE facing terrain is a plus for sure.

I've been three times. Always say why did I do this. It actually, for me, is the same distance as Fernie in terms of time. The access road is endless.

Blacktail's on USFS land, which means that they're selling the improvements and lease... and the forest service will yank the permit if the new owners try to make it private.
