Bing Crosby (from ancient, pre MP4 days...). The car may be a replica of a 1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria. The objects in the front are stills (probably). There's 2 of 'em which may be significant.

I think it might be something to do with Crosby Stills, but the car has got me. Is there a car called a Nash?
