This stuff is just magical:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00U0K9MYU/

I'm in my ninth season of averaging over half a million vertical feet of earned turns each season.
Previously I tried -- pretty much everything.

Since I started using this a few seasons ago, no more blisters.
I don't even get callouses now!
I've even left on the tape for four days in a row of big vertical outings -- and yes, with showers in between.

Just two important tips:
1. Put it on the night before for maximum adhesion.
2. Might have to put on two vertically overlapping strips in order to ensure your potential hot spot isn't too high or too low on the tape width.

Teflon patches that go on shoe/liner, if the movement can' be controlled.

Limited ankle dorsiflexion can cause uncontrollable motion, have this checked and addressed if needed.
