Colorado Winter Park Spring Splash

April 23rd, I'll be watching on the web cam. Anyone doing it? I did it in the 80's when I was ski bumming there, good times. I do not remember them doing it last year, or the year before....

WP is having Spring Bash Splash is a four weekend event series. Started with brewfest last weekend nd ends with the pond skim. Beer fest was a zoo at the base but the mountain was almost deserted.

This splash part is on the 23rd. Back in the day it was harder on skinny skis to make it across and you caught a lot more air.
