OK, he's a waterskier. It's still skiing. And it's cool that American kids (or any kids) aspire to the highest levels. Fun to see if he gets there. I'm rooting for him!

Another rider to watch is Colby Lange, who's from the Vail Valley. I believe that he was the top rated road cyclist, AND the top rated alpine ski racer in the country in his age group a couple of years ago. He's one of the top young FIS skiers in GS and SG in country, as a U19.

And more exceptional bike results.

So, this being a ski forum, I thought I's throw that name out there.

Probably going be making a decision of which way to go before too long. Not sure if you could ski and ride at CU, as Tyler Hamilton did! I am not sure who he's now riding with, for a coach and club.

Colby's dad is Peter Lange. Exceptional ski coach. Colby is a good kid, and obviously an exceptional athlete.

There are a few kids with SSCV, who are at the top of the heap ski wise, who might be more talented on a bike. Will be interested to watch them.
