Wow, 800k for that. Pretty good. I think the old Maple Valley off rte 30 from Brattleboro, Vt towards Stratton was on ebay for $7- 900k several years ago. Can’t remember price. Don’t know if it sold.Defunct ski resorts are not worth much:

18yrs! Let's hope that doesn't happen to Timberline.According to this article, Maple Valley sold for $745K last May.
When they first closed up way back when. They wanted $4 million. No takers. Sat fallow for decades.
