Got some snow during the week so decided to play hookie from work and go play.
Same area I tend to go to, but still not close to getting bored with it. It was a great day, did not have the steam to make it to trap park. Snow was about 8" of fresh on packed, was a good workout. Another one of those days that it took work to go down hill. Only the steepest parts were a ride. It's been a couple weeks since my last outing. I noticed the lack of comfort/confidence on the little downhill I did get to do. When less experienced, things go away faster.
I had mentioned in another thread that I put some Intuition Pro Tours in my Spectre boots. I liked the boots before, now they are even better.
Some pics from Friday, I was the only one out there, the only sound was the wind through the trees and the squeak of my boots ( maybe my joints ).
On the snow at 7:00 AM
