Hey everyone,

I'm a fairly young skier from ND, but all of my formative skiing has been done in MN. No race background. I've been serious about skiing since 2020 despite putting in a few days a year before that for my entire life.

Patrolling at Afton Alps to give something back to skiing since I'll be out there 30+ days/year anyway.

I tend toward skinny and stiff skis as well as performance skiing, but that could be somewhat terrain driven. 300' of hard pack vertical and 41" snow per year will do that. Hoping my "quarter life crisis" is a good enough excuse to grab another pair of skis.

Current quiver:
>Blizzard Thunderbird r13: 170
>Rossignol e88 Ti: 187 (don't see much use)
>Line Blade:181

Boots:
>Technica Cochise 120
> Lange Shadows, (TBD stiffness and volume)

Contenders for next skis:
>FIS SL (this is happening eventually)
>78-82mm carver (daily driver out west)
>102-110mm true pow ski (wait until I move)

I'm a two year follower and only recent contributor to Ski Talk, but I really enjoy the content here. There's definitely some info on the forums that you'd have a very hard time finding elsewhere.

Winter= Alpine, Nordic and Ice climbing
Summer= Rock climbing, Running and MTB
