While it isn't as good as @Doug Briggs new toy, as a boot fitter, this was a nice little (and very inexpensive) score. A nice addition to the rest of the tools. It was missing the handle so I got an 18"x1" pipe from Home Depot, now to extend the arms from 8" to 12"...we will see how good @Andy Mink's welding skills are.

As it sits it is tough to get into the toe box. I am hoping that we can take the arm off completely and make it adjustable like the blue one.
