I hear that cricket powder is pretty good as well... Capital P Protein...MORE QUINOA!
Stuffed (red) peppers with bulgur wheat and Italian turkey sausage (instead of ground turkey or beef) are delicious. The bulgur wheat hides the texture issues of the turkey well. Friends don't let friends eat cooked green peppers. Too bitter!
I do cheater cabbage rolls... Throw it all in a pot and serve it as slop. Tastes the same.. Half the effort. In all seriousness, stuffed peppers, mushrooms, squash, etc., always sound good to me in theory, but then when it comes time to making it, I wonder why I'm wasting time stuffing the whatever and not making it a stir fry of sorts, or a quinoa/bulger/farro bowl. More power to you for not taking the shortcut!

Vanilla protein powder + milk + frozen fruit + stick blender = fruit milkshakeTo confess, my mother used to buy the protein powder at the natural food store. I have always liked the weird chocolate malty flavor of powdered milk and whey. Vanilla - no way!
Better quinoa than kaleYou know there is something wrong when "more quinoa" fixes it.
So yeah, I hated kale. But you know, it's not bad as a Caesar salad. Other than that, I can't think of anything good about it.Better quinoa than kale

Yes this is what I do. I prepare a bit ahead and let it sit in the dressing to soften it up. I hope all this kale makes up for the wings and beers...For kale you need to roughly cut out the spines and then chop up the remaining greens. Toss with this dressing and let it sort of marinate overnight.
