Powder Corp built and new lodge at Lee 2019, not sure of other improvements since 71. Last year they cut a new run off Sherwood called Ponderosa that dumps out into the Rabbit lift which will be serviced with a new lift which rumor says it's been ordered. They have 3 groomers(piston bullys) that keep the runs groomed. We are hoping they will extended Sherwood lift up another 500 vertical which be a solid black run on top so Ponderosa Lift must come first to make more green/blue ground. The road is paved all the way to the parking lot which will be expanded but hoping the lift goes in first because on the weekends the place is packed with people. We had some 2000+ days and the place is a zoo.
