What year are these and are they the Aluminum or Carbon version? Will they adjust to 44 to 46 inches? I am very interested in them.

The pole has markings from 105 - 145cm.

And since I didn't answer Big J's question in this thread, just want to clarify this is the aluminum version and not the carbon.
