I ski once or twice per year (3 consecutive days at a time). I just bought my first new pair of skis/boots in almost 20 years. I buy new soft goods maybe once every 10 years. I live in Texas and don't even need my jacket except when I am heading for the slopes. We generally hit the non-incorporated mountains Taos, Wolf Creek, A-Basin, etc. are generally much cheaper for window-ticket sales, or three-day passes. Pretty much a break even for Epic season passes vs. buying two three day passes.
