New England Help With Pico Lodging

I am trying to plan a weekend for four families up at Pico in February. It looks like there are some properties/neighborhoods on the mountain that are not managed by Pico/Killington. I have seen some of these on VRBO, but there seems to be limited units on there. We can find multiple properties, but they tend to be in different areas.

Anyone know of a rental group up that way that manages and rents these properties?

Any reason why you don't want to use Killington rental management? Pretty sure they will give you a group rate if you are renting multiple units
