And they're easy finger food to eat while driving so we don't have to stop

Yeah but ... I don't think I want to touch your steering wheel!

I have no guilty pleasures. Except for:
Watermelon Sour Patch Kids
McDonald's #2 (usually two cheeseburgers, fries, and soda) large
An occasional Spongebob binge.
Salty pretzels. So much salt I retain water like the Hoover Dam.

Red beans and rice ....

Just this week a friend posted this photo. I couldn’t resist and got a Popeyes meal with red beans and rice and a biscuit that night. I’m sorta sorry I now know there’s a location that close to me.

My guilty pleasure of late has been soft serve ice cream cones. Cherry dipped from DQ if I want to splurge.

MMMmmMM Peameal bacon..

humm.. lots of food guilt here.. I have none of that guilt.. calories and fats are my friends.. all washed down with coffee and alcohol...

I'm more of a kick the kids and the wife out shopping while I take a nap on the couch with the dogs instead of fixing "X".. yay farm life.. something always broken, or breaking..

Naps.. there is never enough hours in a day to get a good nap in.

Uggh. DD doesn't make real bagels.

DD and most places, including some of the so call bagel shops in NYC, generally serve a hard roll with a hole in the middle.
For the real thing, one have to go down to the old neighborhoods in Brooklyn and buy the buy the bag full.

And another instance of net zero guilt on my part.

Yeah, red beans and rice are a complete protein!

Now that I've learned about the concept of "bulking" in lifting, I've decided I'm in a bulking phase.

I guess I should find out what's involved in the cutting phase ;-)
