My DH and I have both had good luck with Smith Turbo fan goggles, with inserts and also over glasses. I finally pitched my glasses and ski by feel (roll eyes) using Glade's chromatic light changing goggles. Glasses in pocket as needed.

On fogging. IME, taking goggles off or putting them on top of your helmet while leaving your glasses on your face will induce fogging. This comes when there is too much of a difference in the temperature of the goggle lens and the glasses lens because the goggles are no longer warmed by your face ... along with moisture of course. That's why it's better to get a fan or more venting. Best to put goggles on and don't take them off unless you're going inside for enough time for everything to equalize. The same effect of putting very cold glasses on a warm face or going from a cold outside inside and glasses fog up. YMMV
