(Maybe this should be in hardgoods forum?) I'm looking for a decent (somewhat budget friendly) video camera to shoot ski action videos, these don't need to be professional as they will be mostly for learning ski technique. One of the functions that many action cameras are lacking is in-action zoom. I'd like to be able to zoom up to a skier on the hill and zoom out as they come toward the camera. Other features that are needed: stabilization for moving shots, water resistance and slow motion.
The DJI Osmo pocket series is out because they are not inherently waterproof and many GoPros are out because they don't have in-action zoom.
Any thoughts?
