Is pollution free skiing possible? Do you want to become a ski manufacturing company co-founder?

While the messaging at baseskis.com could be clearer, it seems as if they are preparing to offer long lasting, repairable, recyclable, non toxic and plastic free skis that don't need to be waxed.

I love the quote "the amount of personal growth is directly related to the amount of truth you can accept about yourself without running away."

What do you do with your old skis? Are they recyclable? Do you use environmentally friendly ski wax? Would you consider buying a Base Ski if it performed well?
