FYI, parking at Aspen Highlands was free on Wednesdays.

Your reroute of hwy 191 to Creston Jct - Craig - Rifle is good. The road from Creston Jct to Craig is packed with deer & elk, especially at twilight. Same issue around Pinedale, WY with critters.
