PT says the road to Alpine Meadows just reopened but
several minutes later the main Alpine parking lot closed for snow removal.

What are you supposed to do when you get there ?

Kirkwood is cut off. No way in or out since
last Saturday. Carson spur & Carson pass closed.

Standard for I80 California. I've seen some of the worst driving of my life on that road.

Drive to South Lake was fine today. Roads were clear but the POTHOLES. Pioneer Trail was the worst.
