Eh, too many memories of the gf whose ice skis those Volants were, they're better off in the dumpster :D

Douglas Adams is the best..."So Long and Thanks for All The Fish". How that reflects of old skis that deserve a better post ski life than a dumpster.
So says the collector of lots of old ski equipment.

The Bonna 1800s are classics. I owned a pair of those, bought for me by my sister, circa 1976.

Indeed.

I even had new brass bindings for them but when I started repairing a 2" crack I found two bigger ones. And then the compressed wood 'lignostone' edges delaminated from the other ski.
