Barbara Alley Simon is an interesting story. I have been a huge fan of retro ski fashion, but I had no idea that Barbara Alley was the name/face behind the influence of ski fashion.
She is among the most social, engaging women I've had the pleasure of meeting at the Hall of Fame Events.

Jerry Simon was on the forefront of ski films and is one of the honored members of the hall of fame. Every year, there is a special event to bestow a "Jerry award" for the historical influencers in the ski movie world.
I was just getting to know Barbara's influence in what we have worn over the years when I visited the Olympic Ski Museum in Park City and saw her interview playing in a loop in the ski fashion area.
She is 82 years old and I'm going to bet that she never leaves the house without being "done up"
