My list is modest for my many years of skiing, and it also is quite different geographically from most of the above.
So far I haven't noticed any place listed from my home state, so I'll start there:

Stevens Pass WA
Mt. Baker WA
Mt. Pilchuck WA (now only a fond memory)
The Summit at Snoqualmie (historically Hyak, Ski Acres, and Snoqualmie Summit) WA
Alpental WA
Mission Ridge WA
White Pass WA
Crystal Mountain WA
49* North WA

Whistler/Blackcomb BC
Sun Peaks BC
Silver Star BC
Apex BC
Revelstoke BC

Sunshine AB

Silver Mountain ID

Mt. Bachelor OR
Mt. Hood Meadows OR

Montana Snowbowl MT
Whitefish MT
Bridger Bowl MT
Discovery MT

Bucket list is pretty simple; any ski area I'm near, been there or not. Do want to spend some time in Europe before my expiration date.

ME (4): Saddleback, Mt. Abrams, Sugarloaf, Sunday River
VT (9): Killington, Stowe, Smugglers Notch, Mad River Glen, Jay, Sugarbush, Middlebury Snowbowl, Magic, Okemo

CA (6): Mammoth, Squaw, Alpine Valley, NorthStar, Heavenly, Kirkwood

Total = 52

Where else do I want to go? Big Sky, Bridger, Mt. Rose, maybe Europe, maybe interior BC (does it have better visibility than coastal?), helicopter, repeats at several of the places listed.

I've only added two since then: MT: Big Sky and VT: Stratton.
Total is now 54.

I've only added two new places since I made this list in 2017, but they were good ones: Mt. Rose in Nevada, and Mammoth in California.
This season I'll be adding some Utah resorts, and I'm hoping to get to June Mountain.

California:
Alpine Meadows
Squaw Valley
Sugar Bowl
Heavenly
Sierra at Tahoe
Kirkwood
Northstar
Badger Pass

Colorado:
Steamboat

Switzerland:
Bennau
Einsiedeln
Hoch Ybrig
Flumserberg
Kleine Scheidegg/Jungfraujoch/Wengen

Illinois:
Villa Olivia

Wisconsin:
Alpine Valley
Wilmot
Pine Mountain (might be in Michigan)

Bucket List:
Don't have one, but I've always wanted to ski at Taos

Yeah, I've had this discussion with @Near Nyquist (since I keep saying I want to take lessons). I would like to go, but it's tough getting time off work; and my daughter just moved to Salt Lake City, which is a direct, under 2 hour flight for me. I've never skied in Utah, so I have a couple trips there planned. Hopefully the Taos mini-gathering will happen again next year!

I picked up Lee Canyon, north of Vegas, today. Nice smaller hill. That gives me all, count them, FIVE in Nevada. At least I think that's all of them.
