I’m in SoCal outside of LA. I’m not sure about shipping, but my (very rough) guess would be $20-30?

This is what my daughter skied at 4 & 5 y.o. so they should be pretty good for yours! She’s moving up to 100s this year courtesy of @socalgal!

Awesome, honestly I’ll take all of it. I have a 6 year old, and a 2 year old and my 2 year old is just getting started sliding on a pair of 70’s and you can never have enough dry mittens or gloves for the little ones!
