Yep, Bob Dylan is in the rye business.
It is very good, a close second to High West Rendezvous Rye.

Speaking of HW, I had simultaneous bottles of HW Rendezvous and Double a few months back. (Somehow they disappeared in the fist few months of covid-19.)
Double and rendezvous are very similar, but Rendezvous is still my favorite by a slim margin.

By the way, the small print on the label says "finished in Vosges oak barrels."
I find it hilarious that the French age in American oak and the Americans age in French oak.

The long ago protest song writer/singer is now selling whiskey.:nono: Oh well, he always had a whiskey voice and maybe he knows something about the product.

At least they aren't pretending Bob makes the whiskeys...

Very nice bump @mdf
I'm two days away frome ending a dry week, but today has been filled with temptation.
I think I'll look for that when I'm not dry ;)

Celebrities seem to like the hard liqueur business.

Being in Iowa I noted in the "Let's talk about bourbon, scotch.... " thread about Cedar Ridge (Iowa Distiller near me) selling Slipknot (Iowa band) .. it's 36% rye so maybe a reason I like it ... don't know. This whiskey stuff seems complicated in that I guess the only way to figure out if I like some varieties is to try em ... ogsmile

1.5 jiggers of Michters Rye, 1/2 jigger of Blood orange liquor, slice of blood orange and bada Bing cherry muddled with a dash bitters of choice and if you really want kick it up a notch a splash of soda but soda not needed. Perfection!

This is our go-to winter libation, except Rendezvous, Grand Marnier, local navel orange, and absolutely neverever muddle the fruit ..... but otherwise identical ogwink:rocks:
