Pacific NW/AK/BC What's Going on In Bend over the holiday's

We leave for 9 days in bend on Dec 24th. Fingers crossed that the weather forecast is correct and they get a huge dump of snow over the next two weeks. With that in mind I would love to hear from some locals on how Mt Bachelor is skiing. Is it even worth bringing my new Stockli's or should I stick with my early season skis (enforcer 93). Also if the skiing is just not there what else is going on in Bend over the holidays?
