On my mt bike ride today, all I could think about was a fish taco.
Mmmmmmm, paired with a margarita :margarita:

A grilled cheesy mofo from the Vortex in Atlanta, dipped in a cream-based spicy tomato soup. And a cold beer or two.

The mofo description on the menu: Pepper jack, provolone, cheddar and BACON on buttergriddled, parmesan encrusted sourdough. If you can’t handle this Mofo, then order “Mom’s Grilled Cheese” instead – it’s totally normal.

Today in Tignes I went to my favorite burger joint and had the Aspen Special, which is a bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg in it. I had some chunky fries on the side and a bucket of Coke to wash it all down.

Good times.

Assuming this is ski related, yesterday at the Snowbowl, I had a cup of chili (w/cheese & onions), washed down with a Piehole Porter. Desert was a Lenny and Larry's chocolate chip cookie.

Not ski related, but had a protein bar and steamed cauliflower (similar to the last 6 months of lunches, since I started this silly, but rewarding, diet). And, not similar, I had 6 jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce, because I am currently on maintenance and therefore I can splurge a bit.

Today in Lenzerheide, rosti with bacon bits and two fried eggs. I'll see if I can upload the photo from my phone.

Upon seeing I'm up to 180 pounds... I weighed about 140 when I quit smoking 15 years ago.... I'm abstaining from the 10 boxes of donuts and bagels right behind where I sit at work. Lunch is going to be a lot more frugal until I can get back down to at least 170, maybe 165. That's about where I look and feel my best. But, carry on, after all, I started this party.
