Lederhosen in the middle of Lidl? No doubt next to the drum kits and welding equipment (for the benefit of N American viewers LIdl is a regular treasure trove of stuff you never knew you needed when you were popping in for milk, bread and some veg)

I was going to claim my 3 in 1 BBQ tool also procured similarly as the perfect ski gadget for scraping Ptex welds, wire brushing and polishing though clearly that will not get me laid as much as your purchase

I got a pair of those! Don't remember the last time I wore them, can't imagine the next time.

Something I actually use: golf rain gloves, GREAT for warm weather spring skiing. They come in pairs and dry almost instantly.

Lemon Pledge. It's a niche market but it is one of the slipperiest concoctions there is: not the other flavors (like orange) but just the old lemon variety. I'm a trombonist and have been using it to lubricate my slide for many years. I've never found anything that works better, and most things made specifically for this don't work as well. They make all kinds of fancy creams with droppers that you work into the slide, but it's all just garbage compared to Pledge. The only problem I've found is that they don't sell it in the pump spray bottles anymore, just spray cans. However, since I have my old pump spray bottle I just empty a can into the it, wait for it to off-gas, and I'm good to go.

Don't get it on a hardwood floor or you're in trouble.

Thanks, you've inspired me to dig out this little number. I bought it about 10 years ago from some lady at my kid's elementary school Black History Celebration. I think I paid like $40 for it, fundraiser. I think I'll bust it out and start rocking it at cookouts when cookouts resume. Might wear it at our private affair this weekend.

Those are shorts as they only come down to mid thigh, proper ones come down to just below tge knee. I still have mine, more pf the work wear type, not the fancy modern dress wear style.

And yes I did wear them.
