I would probably say my wife, but in keeping with the theme of the thread I'll call it a tie between Pizza and pulled pork BBQ

There is chicken in there. I'd prefer pork or shrimp but Tricia was having some. After making it, I now know I can add the protein as I go.

Yeah, a bit much on the scallions. But they were cut up already...and I like scallions.
