So I just checked the sustained-speed leaderboard for Trace at Sunday River. The top placement is someone with a 60.3 MPH sustained speed...accomplished on Route 2. Damn data errors.

(second-place is 59.8 MPH, accomplished on Right Stuff with a peak speed just over 70 MPH, which makes a lot more sense; I'm sitting in 11th with a 53.6 MPH max sustained speed, which makes me think I need to take the DH boards out on a weekday)

I was just thinking that that's beyond most people's stable freefall speeds, that's more of a tracking/HALO speed.
