If they refund everyone, that is an expensive deal 10000 people (guessing) x $20 x 2.5% = $5,000 in fees paid that you don't get back when you issue a refund.
I'm not sure. I didn't get a notice.
I had a chat with @Gary Stolt about his notice that he didn't win the lottery for the more expensive chair and wondererd why I didn't hear anything at all about the $10 chair.
Today I was reconciling my CC account from June and saw the refund. :huh:

Well $5000 only gets you maybe 8 hours of lawyer time for the lawsuit and fines, so this is still the cheaper option by far.

The chair has been sand blasted and looks like new with the exception of a new wooden seat that will take some work to carve out and replace the molded plastic

Hanging from a 6’ piece of cold rolled steel - heavy as hell that looks somewhat like cable
