I know what happens when you have cold wax on a warm spring day, what about the other way around?

Last week it was 58 degrees so I had opened the structure and applied some Hertel Spring Solution. It worked great.

This Wednesday is calling for 5-8"s locally and I might not have the time to wax before I go. Not a racer, just don't like being glued to the snow.

Warm wax on cold snow sticks. So if you want to walk uphill use very warm wax on very cold snow.

Their Spring Solution is still all season/all temp. I just Hot Sauce for all temps and it really only had a noticeable performance degradation in sub zero temps which we rarely get down here. Hot Sauce is cheap and I haven't had anyone beat me on temp specific wax in race.
