California does as well. CT does not. However, there are other databases you can search to see if there's registered vehicle for that in CT. Then you can fill out the CT vanity plate request and list your choices. They make every attempt to accommodate your choices in the order you put them.

KIMSKI and KYMSKI is available too but I'm hesitant to put my name on my plate. I used to have Kimmer in California and it really freaked me out when these guys got into an elevator at the same time as said hello kimmer..... Obviously they saw me park so it just creeped me out a bit.
