When I interviewed James Niehues a couple years back I remember his stories about an era I knew little about and how Bill Brown influenced the modern day Trail Map man Jim Niehues. This was just posted by Jim:

Rest in Peace, Bill C. Brown! Arizona Snowbowl is the only spot outside Colorado that I know of to still use his art... and what a masterpiece it is!
