I had my shock seal replaced this late spring. I've got 643.2 mi and 91h 9m on the bike this year. Is this leaking abnormal? Should it be serviced right away? This is a couple rides worth of leaking.

Thanks, @ZionPow . I thought it looked more like grease/lube than oil, too. It is running smoothly. I should have said that the hours and miles were since I had it serviced.

Not excessive IMO, but......a bit more than normal.

I ride a bit more than you. I don't really track miles or hours, but I do send my rear shock in every winter for service.

Because sending it in for repair in June is very, very irritating!

The hours/miles is from Strava. I'm not obsessive, but I like to see how I'm doing compared to myself. A measuring stick of my skills and conditioning.

I'll be having it serviced, along with the fork, over the winter. I agree, service in the spring is a PITA.
