Tony, I built one over 15 years ago by purchasing a Silca-like presta chuck from an old floor pump (threaded end) and an Compressor Accessory Parts Kit from Sears (~$7, including a trigger handle). Too lazy to take a pic, but basically its a quick-chuck threaded into the trigger handle, threaded into a 3" extension, into a 45 degree fitting, into another short extension, finishing off with the chuck. Works great, to this day. REALLY handy for tubeless installs.
That said, if I needed one today (better budget now!), I'd buy the cool, expensive one that Monique posted.
