@Philpug[/USER] and I are on a road trip to attend the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame Enshrinement events in Ishpeming, Michigan.
We decided to make an adventure of it and stop to see some Pugskiers and take in some activities at some ski resorts along the way.

First we loaded S.S. Pugski and the new @Packasport with some vintage ski gear that we'll be donating to the Ski Hall, along with some other travel essentials, and of course our mountain bikes.

The trails were so good, it made my nipples hard.

It was really great to spend some relaxing time and some incredible mountain biking with the newlyweds. This kind of hospitality always make our lengthy road trips much more enjoyable. :)

More pics to come.

On the way back to the house, Phil and I stopped at Snowbasin to get a small taste of it in the off season, but it wasn't very "off" in fact, things were going off.
A wedding, tons of hiking and mountain biking and a (sort of)car show.
*@Philpug will post pics of the special car we saw. See thread here.

We made a quick stop at Salomon's headquarters in Ogden to get this shot. These are the very first Salomon S9000 1S with matching SX92E boots. These will be donated to the Hall of Fame to be added to their collection.

Great to see you guys and Big Sky twice in one year has got to be a record !

Honored you included us in your resort tour and wishing you safe travels for the rest of your journey.

Best
Glenn and Erica
We can't thank you enough for the hospitality. It has made our trip so much more relaxing, exciting and enlightening.
The short bike ride and nature walk to the falls was just what we needed to refresh our bodies and minds.

Well, we did make it to Michigan. As soon as we got into the state, per @Dwight's suggestion, we stopped at CopperPeaks ski jump which was really cool. The highest sky flying jump in the world. It had to be shut down because the skiers were flying too far and passes the K zone.

The longest skis here were 253cm

Summarization: It was high (for Michigan)

the canitlever can move 18" in high winds...it felt closer to 20" on the day we were there.

I've known @Philpug and @Tricia for a few years now, only virtually. Today I had the honor of meeting them in Marquette, MI. Felt like we knew each other forever.

Way to go on this Pugski journey and thank you for letting me help with a few stepping stones.

:rocks: to more face to face meetings. Hopefully next time on snow.
