-22F yesterday with winds that closed all lifts to the summit.

It's supposed to be 41 with rainy mix on Thursday. What a swing!

    I'm just glad for today!

for tomorrow Whistlers forecast is another 20cm overnight, -7 in alpine, light wind and sunshine.
west coast alternative reality: possible fog, lingering high winds, too much snow to open the alpine and someone could scoop my parking spot.

All of New England got pounded with rain this week. Am very bummed. I couldn’t ski last weekend because I needed to take my daughter back to school. I may go to our closest hill for the morning on Sunday they’ll have a couple of days to make snow. There has been a bunch of rain midweek this year wiping out good snow.

Rain, fog and ice the last few days. Snowmobile trails where open for less than a week. All snow on trails gone. I can only hope we do get this snow.

Yeah they've made hideous manmade over powder the last two days because of this warming trend.

It was rain/snow mix on the local hills yesterday with wind and poor visibility.

So played golf; lift and clean with slow greens.

    Life can be so hard.

It's a good time for me to be leaving for a quick ski trip in Utah (Snowbasin). It's 50 degrees here, and it's dumping over there!

This post only sort of belongs in this thread.

I strategically picked 3 one week vacations, ( 2 weeks in January and 1 week in Feb), hoping that ill get 1/3 chance of getting a week with a major dump.
But nope, god hates me. All those 3 weeks were in high pressures, sunny, warm weather. Motherfucker
