She is 8 years old, Australian Shepard/Husky mix, good with other dogs and really well behaved.(Maybe she can teach me something ;) )

You can't teach an old dog new tricks:)

Editing to say not calling you a dog, I thought that was Phil that posted that. Apologies,

@luliski informed me that I should show you all a picture of Jasper, the dog we accidentally adopted from SLCounty Animal Services last month. He loves eating snow, getting in and out of cars (doesn't care if they move, he just likes to jump), and being as cozy as possible at all times.

My favorite dog pic -- Gus, as a puppy. He passed away at age 13 last July.
Just a moment in time: he looks so guilty, but in fact he was one of the best-behaved dogs of all time.

Wierdly enough she is displaying some motherly instincts ... she carries her "baby" with her lately, I believe that dogs do feel what is going on around them ... much more protective and alert when somebody walks by the house ... loud though !

She is gone.

It wasn't just seizures, but a few other end of life conditions as well, very bad.

She was at least 12 years old, but could have been much older. I just had to break the news to my DD.
I missed this the first time around. My condolences also. We've all been there and it never gets easier. I hope the little is doing ok. We need a proper group hug emoji over here!

I swear, the first day Gypsy was here, she saw a squirrel in the upper corner of the yard and another by our backyard shed. Every since then, she’s been hyper focused on both spots in the yard
