Learned to ski at Arapahoe East, CO (no longer exists) - That wonderful school bus trip on Fridays to their double chair with a mid-way unloading point and mighty-mite. Fond memories of Geneva Basin (no longer exists), owned School marm at Keystone - at the time I think it took 3 separate lifts to get to the top - and froze my toes off at Loveland.
Taught at Dodge Ridge, CA for awhile (still exists) and can be found mainly at Sierra-at-Tahoe (cheapest pass) or Donner Ski Ranch (cheapest lift tickets) cruising around on vintage gear - conditions permitting.
