I'm taking the family for a Monday or Tuesday day trip to Telluride. I have a couple questions since I haven't been there in years.

1. Free parking would come in handy, recommendations?
2. Change in car or is the storage for shoes, boot bags at lodge area?
3. Is there an area for bagged lunches with a microwave?
4. Happy hour near or at lift closing time for a beer and munchies?

Thanks

Might try the free lot at the base of the Coonskin Lot in Telluride. We have used it and changed in the car. There's a ticket office next to the parking lot, and restrooms too. Coonskin Lift gets you up to the area and after the skiing day is over the trail back down to the parking lot can be pretty interesting. Can't help with #s 3 & 4. Not a good place to park for less than intermediate skiers.
