In a quest for an April trip I’ve narrowed it down. Prices actually are similar. Sv has a big snowpack this year but looks like they are more likely to get rain/showers. Aspen gives variety, deep snowpack and maybe altitude protects it weather wise. Any opinions? (I’m sure there are).

Hey is Sunlight still open then? That's a hoot. Small.

SV won't run out of snow early this season.
I have skied both at this time of the year and consider conditions a tossup, luck of the draw and YMMV.

Forgot to mention that when in April matters. Closing is April 21, but the last two weeks they will probably start closing lifts and terrain.
