IMO, Sun Valley today was OFF THE HOOK GOOD!

Good snow overnight, dumped all day long, and no lines?!

Hope some other pugs like @Bill Miles were out there with us!

Another 18 inches overnight, and still snowing moderately.

Delayed opening, but it's going to be a special day (again)!

Today was the better "numbers" day, but delayed opening, and big crowds without "free refills" leaves yesterday the more memorable of the two.

Still, never had two pow days this big in a row at SV, and more to come later this week!

pictures or it didn't happen!

Can anybody say "iPhone with crappy battery that has no tolerance for cold WHATSOEVER"?!

After a day off new snow yesterday (with plenty of soft ungroomed remaining), it looks like it will snow through Friday.

Get it if you can!

Today, astounding again. Only one inch reported overnight, but they make the call at 5:30 AM on that, and there was three inches or so by opening.

So the place was a ghost town after five days of deeper powder.

THEN IT SNOWED CLOSE TO 8 INCHES BY 4 PM!

You can probably imagine..........

Today, another five inches overnight and eleven inches in the last 24 hours, plus maybe two during the day.

More happy folks, likely a result of stretching President's Day Weekend, but wind and poor visibility cleared things out quickly.

Then at 2 PM, the wind abated, it quit snowing, and that bright yellow thing in the sky made its first appearance in seven days.

What a way to close out the alpine portion of the trip! A few days of xc and back home for us.

I'm in Boise... Bogus had an all time great week as well! I't been a long time since we got a week with consistent snowfall every day!
